WHAT IS THE TVT RACE EXPERIENCE?

The Veterans Trust hosts military, veterans, first responders, veteran supporters and their families at The Veterans Trust Race Experience. These events happen up to 6 times annually and are held at various racetracks including Daytona International Speedway, Homestead-Miami International Speedway and Sebring International Raceway.

We collaborate with numerous organizations to deliver our guests a thrill of a lifetime by offering them a ride in one of many incredible racecars! From Lamborghinis to Mustangs, McLarens to NASCARs and everything in between, our participants are guaranteed to have an unbelievable experience.

Additionally, at several of our events, hundreds of professional racecars compete in various pro series races where these cars zip by our area at speeds up to 200mph! Truly an electrifying get-together!

WHO CAN ATTEND?

It’s free to attend for active/reserve military service member, any veteran, any 1st responder, and their families. We do welcome anyone to come enjoy the event with us.

Only selected, pre-qualified guests will have an opportunity to RIDE in a professional RACE CAR! Be sure to register for the chance to win a spot to the next event.

***Please note: Veterans will have first available right to ride in the cars. If we have available space (cars), family and caretakers of those veterans will then have the opportunity to ride as well.

Christopher Koebbe

• After completing the Air Force ROTC program, Dr. Koebbe served as an active duty neurosurgeon in the US Air Force from 2007-2015.
• Dr. Koebbe deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom to Bagram Airbase, Afghanistan as chief of neurosurgery at the theater hospital.
• Dr. Koebbe specializes in both cranial and minimally invasive vascular and spinal neurosurgery procedures emphasizing the comprehensive care of brain aneurysms, stroke, tumors, spinal disorders and chronic pain. He is focused on spinal motion preservation as well as spinal disc restoration and outpatient spine surgery.
• Dr. Koebbe is a board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons as well as a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.

TVT Cup Car

2000 Chevy Monte Carlo – This cup car was recently custom built to allow handicap accessibility for disabled veterans. It was originally a Bass Pro show car, but quickly transformed into a speed machine that enables wheelchair-bound guest to also participate in the action.

Dale Earnhart Jr. 2009 Chevy Impala “COT” Car of Tomorrow. Previously owned by Dale Earnhart Inc. #8 has a NASCAR heart SB-2 800hp motor. It has been retrofitted with a ride-along seat.

#88 – National Guard

2011 Chevy Impala. Dale Earnhart Jr. Hendrick Motorsports car. This car was built as a back up car for Tallladega. From there, it did numerous promotional events with Dale Jr. This car has a ZZ4 Chevy block with an upgraded top end. It has been retrofitted with a ride-along seat.

#48 – Air Force

2005 Chevy Monte Carlo. This car was driven by Daniel Suarez, a rookie Spanish driver. She was used at Dover Motor Speedway as a training car for up and coming talent. She has a ZZ4 small block Chevy. It has been retrofitted with a ride-along seat.

#5 – NASCAR Tide

1993 Chevy Lumina originally driven by Ricky Rudd & Sterling Marlin. This car qualified at Pocono Raceway with Sterling Marlin behind the wheel in the Busch series. Tide car has a Busch Series 700hp stage-two Buick V-6. It has been retrofitted with a ride-along seat.

#33 – NASCAR Skoal

1994 Chevy Lumina. Harry Gant car. Car was owned by Leo Jackson Motorsports and was driven by Harry Gant at Sonoma California. She has a SB-2 small block Chevy running 780hp. It has been retrofitted with a ride-along seat.

#3 – NASCAR Goodwrench

1998 Chevy Monte Carlo. Dale Earnhart Sr. previously owned and raced by Dale Earnhart Inc. Car was actually modified and can be driven legally on the street. This car still has it’s NASCAR heart which is a SB-2 Chevy small block pushing 780hp. It has been retrofitted with a ride-along seat.

#1 – US Army

Joe Gibbs Racing Stable – Chassis #5. In 2007, this car was the backup DLP Instruments car. JJ Yealy and Ron Fellows were the drivers. It has been retrofitted with a ride-along seat.
