As a Special Operations Support Team Member for the F1 event, you are an integral part of the behind-the-scenes team that helps orchestrate the logistics and safety of the race.

Opportunities to serve range from April 21st to May 7th - Serve for a day - OR - Serve for the full schedule.

Equipment Management

Setup, maintenance, and distribution of essential equipment used by track marshals, including flags, fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, communication devices, and other safety gear.

Communication Coordination

Ensuring seamless communication between track marshals, race control, and other relevant personnel is crucial. You assist in the operation of communication systems and help relay important messages in real-time.

Safety Protocol Adherence

Enforcing safety protocols and procedures. This includes assisting in the organization of safety drills and being prepared to respond to incidents quickly and efficiently.

Logistical Support

Provide logistical support to the track marshals, including the coordination of transportation, access to track areas, and the distribution of supplies.

Collaboration

Effective teamwork and collaboration with other event personnel, including track officials, security, and medical teams, are crucial to the overall success of the event.

Assisting Spectator Safety

In some cases, you may be involved in ensuring the safety and well-being of spectators, guiding them to designated areas and assisting in emergency evacuations if necessary.

2026 F1 Special Ops Team

As a member of the 2025 F1 Special Ops team in Miami, every day is a thrilling blend of teamwork and adrenaline while being surrounded by the most cutting-edge technology in any motorsports arena in the world.

But it isn't just about fun and games, or high speed cars. The Veterans Trust has very specific responsibilities at the Miami Grand Prix again this year. Our mission is to ensure the seamless execution of physically demanding responsibilities, during the set-up of the track, in between race events and after all the fans have gone home.

Being part of TVT Special Ops Team isn’t for everyone. It's a commitment to the time you offer, where every day counts toward representing what our organization stands for and helps to deliver a flawless event for the millions of people around the world watching this race.

But, before you apply, please make sure you have the time to show up for the days you commit to and the physical stamina to get things done.

We will accept Ops Team Applicants / Volunteers for here until February 20, 2026.

All applicants will be required to attend a virtual information session with our Special Ops Team Directors (Date TBD).

AND

Be available to attend an virtual interview To discuss your readiness assessment with our Special Ops Team Directors (Date TBD).

AND

Be able to upload a VIDEO to demonstrate ability to perform the physical duties required of our Special Ops Team Members.
